1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Redsys.
2. Children & Supervision
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult at all times during the workshop. By booking, you confirm that adequate adult supervision will be provided for all children under 12 in your group.
3. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our workshops involve working with chocolate and other ingredients that may contain allergens including milk, soya, nuts, and gluten. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking via the notes field. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the workshop start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. To cancel, use the cancellation link in your confirmation email or contact us at info@mayanmonkey.es.
5. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the workshop are accommodated subject to availability. Please contact us at info@mayanmonkey.es to arrange.
6. Arrival & Punctuality
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your workshop start time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened workshop experience. We are unable to offer refunds for late arrivals.
7. Photography & Media
We may take photographs or videos during workshops for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the beginning of the workshop.
8. Liability
Mayan Monkey Mijas S.L. takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of participants. However, participation in workshops is at your own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.
