In an interactive demonstration, you'll see how we mould, fill, seal and decorate bonbons using organic, ethically sourced chocolate. Our fillings are handmade and irresistible: Spanish red wine caramel, lemon & gin caramel, pistachio praline, passion fruit caramel, chocolate soft nougat... and many more! Then comes the best part: three tastings. 🍫 Freshly made chocolate, while we tell you the fascinating story of cacao, Spain's key role in the history of chocolate, and the ethical and environmental challenges facing the industry today. ☕ Specialty coffee, in our roasting area, where you'll discover the whole journey from bean to cup. Then enjoy a cup of coffee just the way you like it! 🍦 Real artisan ice cream, made from scratch, with real food, just like it should be!
